1. What Yono VIP collects

The lobby collects the player session data required to run the lobby, the responsible-play panel, and the withdrawal process. The lobby collects the player's browser, the player's device, the player's network and the player's game session.

2. What Yono VIP does not collect

The lobby does not collect the player's contacts, the player's calendar, the player's location beyond the player's IP-derived country, or any data the player does not share.

3. What Yono VIP does with the data

The lobby uses the data to run the lobby, to comply with the local regulator's stance on real-money play, and to respond to support inquiries. The lobby does not sell the data to third parties.

4. Player rights

The player can request a copy of the session history at any time. The player can request deletion of the account at any time. The lobby responds within 30 days.
